The TERUZOR model can be equipped with:
– 12, 16 and 18 M booms that are manually opened, hydraulically raised and leveled according to the principle of springs
– 12, 16 and 18 H booms that open hydraulically, lift hydraulically and are leveled according to the principle of springs
– 12 and 15 X booms that open hydraulically, lift hydraulically and are leveled according to the principle of springs
– 18 In booms that open hydraulically, lift hydraulically and have a hydraulic leveling lock
The standard equipment of all booms consists of triplex nozzle supports, spaced at 50 cm, in which Lechler plastic nozzles (ST 110-02, ST110-03, ST 110-04) are placed. As additional equipment, we offer a large selection of Lechler nozzles with and without a ceramic insert, nozzles designed for wind treatment ID, universal nozzles IDK, nozzles with a double jet IDK T, and the latest generation of asymmetric nozzles IDTA.
In addition to the main tank that exists in 2600 or 3000 liter variants, the sprayer is equipped as standard with an additional tank for rinsing the main tank, a tank for washing hands, as well as a container for preparing chemistry (mixer container) with a packaging rinser.
The sprayers are equipped with B-160 pumps with 4 membranes, with a maximum pressure of up to 50 bar and a maximum flow of up to 160 liters per minute.
The sprayers are standardly equipped with a B-145 regulator with 5 outlets and a maximum pressure of up to 50 bar.
As additional equipment, we offer ARAG regulators in the following variants:
– The regulator that allows the main spraying valve to be ON/OFF turned on and off from the tractor cab and regulates the pressure.
– The regulator that allows the main sprinkler ON/OFF valve as well as the section (5) to be turned on and off from the tractor cab and regulates the pressure.
- Automatic spray regulation - BRAVO 180S computer for spraying.
The simplest and most affordable computer for sprayers and atomizers. By entering the norm, it takes control of the distributor and maintains the set norm. Automatic shut-off of spraying when the speed drops below a certain minimum. Visual and audible alarms. The displayed data are: rate, speed, pressure, flow, amount of water consumed, water level in the tank, sprayed area, duration of spraying, distance traveled. Comes complete with all cables and wheel mounted speed sensor.
Models with H and U booms as standard equipment have a hydraulic distributor for opening the booms, which enables independent opening of the left and right sides.
As an additional equipment, a Y rod with 2-point suspension is also offered.

This monitor can be upgraded. It can be connected to an antenna and used as GPS navigation. It can be connected to a switch box and serve as a classic sprayer computer, and it can also be used for automatic section
control via GPS where it turns the sections on or off if there is an overlap.
This monitor can also be connected to an electric motor so it can to be used for automatic tractor steering

• M and H models have standard horizontal booms (the overall machine is wider and can be a problem when entering narrow yards)
• X type are booms that stand vertically in the shape of the letter X and open so you don't need space behind the sprayer (the whole machine is narrower and easier to transport on the road but has more height and can be a problem when entering yards with low gates)
• U-type booms that stand vertically and in the first step descend left and right next to the sprayer like X booms, and in the second step open like standard horizontal booms occupying the space behind the sprayer (the whole machine is narrower and easier to transport on the road but has a higher height and can cause a problem when entering yards with low gates)

What is the maximum quantity you can produce?
Currently we are sitting on 600 subsoilers a year, but capacity is well capable of doing more since we are well optimized business that doesn't have needless management and board to make a decision. Subsoilers take most amount of time to make, so other products are much faster.
