For perfect soil cultivation - Navara disc harrow, which is manufactured to work in difficult conditions, offers the possibility of working at a speed of 15 km/h with its strong chassis structure and the aggressive cutting angle of its discs, ensuring that plant residues are broken up in the best way and incorporated into the soil without overturning the soil.

Navara has great advantages in tilling the soil for the preparation of the seed bed and the shredding of plant residues. It reduces production costs with its combined design. Ideal soil preparation is achieved by working at a speed of up to 15 km/h, depending on the soil conditions. The hubs on which the 560 mm diameter discs are attached are connected to the main frame via torsion rubbers, which enables disc vibrations and better crushing. The angle of the disc is adjusted so that the best soil reduction, crop residue reduction and soil residue mixing is achieved. This is a machine for minimal tillage, which achieves excellent results, and this has become extremely important in the production of plant crops in recent years. By mixing plant residues with soil, a bed is obtained that is rich in shredded humus, and a harmonized biological balance. The results of the work are visible in the yields already next year. Working with Navar is extremely simple, the wings have their own hydraulic locking and unlocking system in the transport position. It is possible to choose one of the rollers for the disc harrow, which performs additional crushing and leveling of the soil, and regulates the working depth. Navara is mounted on three points as standard, but it is possible to equip it with an undercarriage for transport and work in a towed position.

CAGE

It shows high shredding performance with its serrated shape. Due to its light structure, there is no load on the tractor and it is suitable for fast movement and excellent shredding. It is suitable for use on light, medium and non-sticky soils. This roller almost never becomes clogged or blocked.

DISC

It has an aggressive profile that crushes clods and has a high pressure effect. The heavy rings provide an excellent crushing and compaction effect. It achieves good results in medium and medium heavy soils. It is very suitable for working on rocky terrains that contain a large amount of plant remains. It enables drainage and breathing of the soil by uniform shredding with its toothed discs. Cleaners prevent clogging and thus ensure undiminished efficiency and keep the roller clean.

V-RING

Suitable for use on all types of soil and has a high soil compaction effect. It is suitable for use on rocky terrain. It is characterized by good soil compaction and leveling. The shape of the letter V increases the absorption of water into the soil. Cleaners between the rings prevent clogging and keep the roller clean.

ADVANTAGES AND FEATURES

Profiled massive disc tines

The aggressive disc angles of 12° along the X axis, and 18° along the Y axis enable easy soil transfer from the first to the second row, resulting in the plant residues being perfectly mixed with the soil.

Torsion rubbers

For disc vibration and a better soil compaction effect.

Hermetically sealed bearings

do not require lubrication and maintenance

Front - rear discs trace adjustment
With the sliding front discs row, it is possible to adjust the position of the discs in accordance with the structure of the soil and the working depth in order to achieve optimal crushing. With this system, it is possible to move the front discs row by 875 mm in both directions and thus achieve a precise adjustment for field work.

Greater spacing for better processing
The distance between the front and rear rows of discs is 90 cm, the ground clearance is 74.5 cm and the distance between individual discs is 24.5 cm. The large working area of the discs ensures efficient transfer of soil from front to back and thus ensures maximum speed and facilitates work with minimum accumulation of plant residues.

Frequently Asked Questions

If some details you can't find here, please refer to our DOCS and check everything

What happens if what I ordered is out of stock?

As soon as you place an order, our dedicated supply management will send ETA to your shipping address and inform you about it.

Can I get the machine in my country?

We are familiar with all frights that can deliver our machines almost anywhere in the world.

I want to order full truck of machines

That is great to hear! Don't worry, it's our day to day business and we are well prepared for any kind of loading. You can expect from us suggestions in order to optimize shipping cost

What about service and maintenance?

We were wondering when you will ask this question to which we think there is no stronger answer on the market. Check our maintenance and how we approach it, then send it as an template how all the others should work on this, in our opinion, most important topic of all time.

What is the maximum quantity you can produce?

Currently we are sitting on 600 subsoilers a year, but capacity is well capable of doing more since we are well optimized business that doesn't have needless management and board to make a decision. Subsoilers take most amount of time to make, so other products are much faster.
